The goal is to avoid suggesting inbound mappings if there is one already present. present. 

Please implement `CorrelationSuggestionOperation#findExistingInboundMapping` method, plus all the necessary tests.

**UPDATE:** The code was needed for other developers, so I've merged the branch into `midpilot` and removed it.
