Reviewer role does not work. When the role is assigned to user, user cannot make certification decisions because:

1. There are not menu items to view workitems.
2. When clicked "View all" button in "Certification items" widget on home page, results in error 500, NPE in logfile (NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.lang.Integer.intValue()" because the return value of "com.evolveum.midpoint.xml.ns.\_public.common.common\_3.AccessCertificationCampaignType.getIteration()" is null)

It seems to work well with Superuser role.
